


All printing and duplication work undertaken by thecdproducer.org Ltd is subject to all terms and conditions listed below;
thecdproducer.org Ltd takes no responsibility over any artwork sent, either electronic mail or regular mail (this is to include film artwork and electronic artwork). We are not responsible for any media sent to us by you (the customer) in regards to its condition, and this may affect the quality of what we may produce, from media sent to us in poor condition.
All film production is subject to the artwork being supplied as per the instructions for electronic artwork. If the artwork needs amending to meet the specifications of thecdproducer.org Ltd , then a charge for the amendments may be applicable. All fonts should be supplied, if they are not and we have to purchase the fonts to produce artwork then a charge will be levied. If the amendments are made to the artwork we are not held responsible for the affect the changes may make to your requirements with regards to the placing or size etc to the final piece.
All re-runs on CMYK work will have a tolerance with regards to the shade and strength of colours when compared to the original work. All re-runs for Pantone work will also have a tolerance with regards to the shade of the colour as a different mix may have been made since the time of the last print.
All films supplied to thecdproducer.org Ltd needs to be to our specifications with crop/registration marks at 12, 3, 6 and 9 o'clock, failure to do this may result in particular pieces of the text or images being printed onto parts of the media where they were not intended to be.
Any permission or authorisation for use of Copyright or TM symbols in Logos for use in Print designs or for CD or DVD content will be deemed to have been sought via the customer, who by placing an order will automatically indemnify thecdproducer.org Ltd; who will then not be held responsible for printing or replicating such matter upon receipt of a customer order.
No unauthorised duplication work will be undertaken under any circumstances, all duplication work that will involve DVD will be produced on DVD-R (DVD+R will not be accepted,) if the media has been supplied to thecdproducer.org Ltd , we will then not be held responsible for any failures that may occur during the duplication process.
All work which has been completed and is being dispatched under instruction of our contracted courier is subject to a variable charge, this is determined by weight. Our standard delivery charge is £15.00 for up to 20 Kilograms, for this we offer a standard next working day delivery service. For any other services please call for information.
Colour matching for CMYK (or process printing work) is under taken to the best of our ability, inkjet or laser print outs will not be accepted as a chromalin for colour matching. CMYK colours are printed as close as possible to any proofs which are supplied with the artwork, however the substrate differences will affect the colours to some extent. We reserve the right to refuse free of charge re-runs due to colour differences using this method.
Colour matching to discs printed by companies other than thecdproducer.org Ltd , can sometimes not be achieved due to different methods of printing and ink manufacturers, we accept no responsibility for the difference in these colours.
Purchase orders must be clear and precise with the information which is needed to perform the tasks required of us, colours needed should be clearly marked on the purchase order and the film (if film is supplied), purchase order numbers, order date and delivery date should be clearly marked. If the lead time is for same day service a charge may be applicable.
All property remains the sole ownership of thecdproducer.org Ltd until paid for in full - please contact us regarding payment terms and conditions
All orders must be collected within 3 months of completion of work thecdproducer.org Ltd accepts no responsibility for losses after this time. Any customer stock remaining after this time will be disposed of.
CD / DVD R Printing
CDR printing allows you to have a CD that can be recorded on once or a CD-RW that can be re recorded, printed professionally.
Using DVD-R / –RW this media is now becoming a more popular format and
allows you to relay more data or video presentations than a CD.
